Clothing: No refunds or exchanges on any clothing.
Jewelry: customized jewelry can be altered if need be, you must let me know within 24 hours of receiving your shipment if it needs to be altered or if it is damaged. I will be happy to alter it for you and ship it back. You pay the shipping fee to send it to me and I will pay to send it back. If it is damged I will replace it.
Accessories: No refunds or exchanges.
